The Project Process

My plan for this project is to make sure that the pre-production, main production and post production goes as smoothly as possible, trying to eliminate as many variables as possible to create this film for my FMP. First what I will have to do is do some primary research on the film I’m going to make to make sure that the audience that I will be showing it to will be happy with the film itself so it meets there expectations or even beats them. The way how I will make the pre-production as smooth as possible is by doing all the research as soon as I can, so I can base a lot of my planning off the results of that, from there I would then had already made an idea that I’m happy with to make and then eventually make the proposal to pitch my idea. As I do all of this, I will need to be logging almost everything I do to make sure I hit all the steps along the way. Another thing to make the whole pre-production process smooth, is plan ahead of time and make back up plans in case anything goes wrong. I will have to create a schedule and plan out my days according to lots of different things, like the actor/s being available, or the weather being either nice or horrible, etc…
